I treated myself to a spinning wheel update recenty and now, finally, I’m getting the fine, more consistent results I long for. Being a knitter of vintage patterns I generally deal with fingering weight yarns and the commercial range here isn’t great (or is very expensive). I most certainly can’t buy something like this:
