		<description>It's so true that vintage patterns lie. I love to make the baby ones up for charity knitting and always buy plenty of extra wool. Any left over can always make a matching hat!
I've noticed that the old patterns are much less likely to have seams, which can chafe. Something modern pattern designers seem to have forgotten!</description>
